The City of Wyoming, Michigan is requesting bids for services or project work generally referred to as Concrete Replacement (2026 - 2028). Specifications and Bidding Documents shall be issued only to Bidders who have been qualified by the City of Wyoming. All bids must include the fully signed Bid Proposal Form and all other required information submitted in a sealed envelope and plainly labeled: "CONCRETE REPLACEMENT (2026 - 2028)". Bidders are solely responsible for ensuring delivery by the required date and time. Bids will not be accepted by e-mail or other form of electronic delivery. Bids received will be publicly opened and read immediately following the receiving date/time specified. No pre-bid meeting will be held. Questions about or requests for interpretation of this request for bids, any of the plans and specifications, or any bid requirements may be directed via e-mail. Addendums, answers to questions or interpretations that may be of general interest to all Bidders will be emailed to all that received the bid. All such changes or addenda shall become part of the specifications and all Bidders shall be bound by such changes or addenda. Pre-qualification requirements: Specifications and Bidding Documents shall be issued only to Bidders who have been qualified by the City of Wyoming. A Bidder who has not been pre-qualified shall submit the required pre-qualification information no later than January 19, 2026. Contractors who have worked for the City of Wyoming in the past three years may be pre-qualified without submitting the pre-qualification information.
