This request is for the supply and delivery of one new turf vacuum, to be powered by and pulled behind a tractor with an approximate 100 HP engine and 75 HP (rated pto). The equipment quoted must be new, not previously owned, leased, or used, and must comply with Canadian and Alberta government regulations. The equipment is to meet or exceed minimum specifications for performance, safety, and compatibility, with all standard and required safety equipment included. Any deviations or aftermarket items must be identified in the submission. Delivery must include all compatible components, with parts and service availability near Leduc. Training: One half day of dealer-led training for City of Leduc employees prior to the unit going into service is required. The unit must be delivered FOB to the City of Leduc, Operations Building. Bidders must submit equipment and warranty information, and provide references for similar units delivered in the last 18 months. Equipment must operate in temperatures from -35°C to +35°C and meet all regulatory standards. Responses must be complete, submitted electronically, and meet all instructions and requirements outlined in the procurement document. The City reserves the right to inspect equipment, waive minor deviations, and to award based on best value, not just lowest price.
