This request is for the supply and delivery of one new (not used, leased, or refurbished) Truck Mounted Spray Injection Pothole Patcher, compliant with Canadian and Alberta regulations. The equipment must meet minimum specifications based on performance, functional requirements, safety, and compatibility with existing systems. Any deviations or aftermarket items must be disclosed and are subject to inspection and potential refusal if specifications are not met. The supplier is responsible for providing fully equipped equipment with all current regulatory safety devices and manufacturer’s standard equipment. Delivery is to be FOB to the City of Leduc Operations Building. Equipment and warranty information must be provided, and equal or greater specifications may be considered except for mandatory items or where substitutions are not accepted. Evaluation will consider expertise, qualifications, customer support, delivery, warranty, and price. All quotations must be submitted electronically through the bidding system, including detailed supplier and manufacturer information, warranty and customer support details, and references for similar units supplied. The manufacturer’s documentation and warranty must be included upon delivery. Only recognized dealers may submit, and demonstrations or samples may be requested. All materials, equipment, and supplies are subject to inspection at delivery, and the City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations based on overall value, not just price. This is not a tendering process, and no legal obligations are created by submission. Only one quotation per supplier is allowed unless otherwise stated. Quotations must include all delivery costs and comply with all requirements outlined in the request.
