The County is seeking the annual supply and delivery of winter road sand to both our Nisku public works yard at 1202 7 St, Nisku, AB and Thorsby public works yard at 49232 Range Rd 14, Thorsby, AB as specified within the Deliverables section. The County is seeking the supply and delivery of winter sanding material to both the Nisku and Thorsby area public works yards annually prior to July 31. Delivery before this date is preferable. The County uses approximately 7000 tonnes of winter sand annually between the two locations, however, actual quantities are subject to change to meet environmental and weather-related conditions in any particular season.
