Canoe Procurement Group of Canada is requesting proposals on behalf of its current and future members for Waterworks Equipment and Related Accessories & Service, with the goal of establishing a national contracting solution for use by its members. Proposals must be submitted in English through the Canoe Procurement Portal by the specified date and time. Only proposals submitted through the Portal will be considered; any other form of submission will not be accepted. It is the responsibility of the proponent to ensure timely receipt of the proposal. Incomplete or late proposals will not be considered. The term of any resulting contract(s) will be 3 years, with an option for 2 additional years. Negotiations may be permitted. The request for proposals is subject to applicable trade agreements. Canoe acts as the lead agency and procurement authority on behalf of a group purchasing organization representing public sector, Indigenous, and not-for-profit entities across Canada. Canoe facilitates a competitive solicitation and contracting process based on the needs of itself and its members.
