The Unified Government of Athens-Clarke County (ACCGov) is soliciting competitive proposals from responsible vendors to provide On-Call Environmental, Geo-Technical and Materials Testing services, for the ACCGov. Services for this proposal would be for a one-year period, with the option to extend the contract for four additional one-year terms at ACCGov's descretion. This project is to provide the same on call contract services for Environmental/Geo-technical/Subsurface/Materials of Construction Testing services as was provided in the 2020 contract. The Scope of Service will be developed on a project by project basis. Each project undertaken through this Master Agreement will have either a Purchase Order with an attached Scope of Services or a Supplemental Scope of Services Agreement or both. Both will include detailed Scope of Services, Critical Project Dates, and proposed staffing with actual hourly rates breakdown. The Testing Agency agrees to provide services in the supplemental contract in accordance with the Scope of Services developed for that particular project.
