QA date :- 01/19/2025 The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to safely and thoroughly clean the Conroe Central Lift Station in accordance with applicable OSHA, TCEQ, and confined space regulations. Tasks include coordinating access and scheduling with City staff, complying with all confined space entry requirements, performing lockout/tagout of pumps and associated equipment, maintaining site safety, removing all accumulated sludge, grit, grease, rags, and debris, high-pressure washing of all internal surfaces, cleaning pump intakes and guide rails, vacuuming and transporting all removed material to the Southwest Wastewater Treatment Plant for disposal, preventing spills during transport and disposal, conducting a visual inspection after cleaning, reporting any observed issues, and returning the lift station to normal operating condition. Deliverables include confirmation of completed cleaning services, disposal documentation (if applicable), and a written summary of observed deficiencies or concerns. All work must be performed by professional and properly attired personnel, with a supervisor on site at all times who can communicate in English. The Contractor must restore the site to a safe condition upon completion and provide references for similar services performed. Bidders must submit proposals electronically or deliver to the specified location, and must meet all minimum specifications to be considered. Required documents include a completed bid packet, references, insurance documentation, signed addendums, Form 1295, and a memo regarding HUB certification status. Prices offered must be all-inclusive, firm for the contract duration, and stated as required. All questions must be submitted through the designated procurement portal. The City of Conroe reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to award based on best value. No person has authority to verbally alter specifications; changes will only be made via written addendum.
