Site work for a civil project in Conroe, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The deadline to ask questions is 1/30/2026 12:00 PM CST All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents must be submitted to the Engineer in writing at least five (5) days prior to the opening of bids. The work primarily consists of 1,830 feet of 8-inch gravity sewer line, 40 feet of 10-inch gravity sewer line, 3,970 feet of 6-inch sewer service lines, 1,190 feet of 6-inch sewer force main, 1,050 feet of 8-inch water line as well as all related appurtenances and connections to existing force main, water line, and gravity sewer line, 6-foot diameter wet well with all related appurtenances, two (2) 260 GPM submersible pumps, connection for trailer mounted generator, and miscellaneous electrical items for a full working system. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or acceptable Bid Bond, payable to Southern Montgomery County Municipal Utility District, in an amount no less than 5% of the maximum bid price submitted, as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract within (10) days after receipt of the contract documents. Check shall be drawn on a responsible bank in the state and a bid bond shall be issued by a surety legally authorized to do business in the state. The right is reserved, as the interest of the district may require, to reject any or all bids and/or to waive any irregularities in bids received. Additionally, bids cannot be withdrawn 24 hours after they are opened.
