Summary The City of Conroe (City) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified and experienced firms or individuals to provide professional consulting services. The purpose of this solicitation is to identify and prequalify firms with the technical expertise and credentials necessary to provide survey, geotechnical services and construction material testing, environmental services, MAI certified appraisals, and parcel acquisition services. Background Project Locations: Street Rehab -South Pine Lake Road This project includes rehabilitation of approx. 0.8 mile of asphalt street by full width base repair & asphalt overlay. Street Rehab -Tanglewood Phase 2A The project involves replacing approximately two (2) miles of 6" concrete pavement. Street Rehab -Tanglewood Phase 2C The project involves repairing approximately five (5) miles of mill and asphalt overlay.
