The scope includes janitorial cleaning, demolition, earthwork, site concrete, asphalt paving, fencing, landscape and irrigation, structural concrete, architectural specialties, and electrical and low voltage. Bidders are required to possess valid and active contractor licenses as specified for each scope of work. This is a prevailing wage project, and all workers must be paid at least the specified rates. Electronic certified payroll records must be furnished to the Labor Commissioner. Payment and performance bonds are required, and specific requirements for bid submission and attendance at a mandatory job walk must be followed.
