Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for a municipal facility in American Canyon, California. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and for asbestos abatement for a municipal facility.

Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, parts, materials, supplies, permits, and incidentals necessary to provide demolition services, abate all hazardous materials, and provide environmental plans as required. Participation in Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Program (DVBE): The minimum DVBE participation percentage goal is 3%. Failure to fulfill the DVBE requirement will render your bid non-responsive. DVBE Incentive: For evaluation purposes only, an incentive will be given to bidders who exceed the 3% DVBE participation requirements. Refer to the Instructions to Bidders. Small Business Preference and Small Business Subcontractor participation: A five percent (5%) Small Business Preference will be granted to properly certified small businesses (a copy of your certification must be submitted with the bid proposal). The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW), reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informality in any bid.
