Renovations to Bellbrook Estates are to be performed for the Port Arthur Housing Authority at 2405 Julian Drive, Port Arthur, Texas 77642. The work includes the furnishing of all materials, equipment, and labor required for a complete and fully functional system, in accordance with the drawings and specifications prepared by LaBiche Architectural Group, Inc. All proposals must consider existing conditions and comply with the owner's operating rules. Bidders must visit the site to include all necessary work for a complete project. Bid Bonds, Payment & Performance Bonds will be required. All qualified businesses, including minority- and/or women-owned businesses, are encouraged to submit proposals. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and may request new bids for all or parts of the project.Failure to apprise himself of existing conditions and owners operating rules will not excuse any bidder from compliance with the requirement and intent of the documents.
