Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Big Spring, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
The contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, materials, labor, supervision, and all necessary services to complete the CLC Phase III Minor Construction project in accordance with the attached specifications and drawings. Work includes full execution of the construction scope as designed for the Community Living Center (CLC) Phase III project at the West Texas VA Health Care System. All construction activities must comply with project requirements, applicable codes, VA standards, and the conditions of the SDVOSB set-aside established under 38 U.S.C. 8127. The construction magnitude is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000, with a statutory minor construction limit of $30,000,000. Offers exceeding statutory limits will be rejected in accordance with FAR 36.205, and the Government does not anticipate additional funding beyond the target project cost of $12,000,000.
