Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Norton Shores, Michigan. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of March 26, 2026 bids were rejected. No definite date for the rebid. The project consists of concrete intersection reconstruction, placement of aggregate, pavement marking, appurtenances, and miscellaneous related items. This project shall be coordinated to be performed simultaneously with a separate project, "Grand Haven Rd Sanitary Sewer CIPP Lining" on Grand Haven Rd. It shall be the responsibility of the Contractors to coordinate their work on the other concurrent project Question Deadline 02/03/2026 at 5:00 PM ET All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing via email only to Kevin Wilks at kevinw@spicergroup.com Bids for the construction are to be submitted to the City of Norton Shores at 4814 Henry Street, Norton Shores, MI 49441. The contract documents for bidding purposes are available from Spicer Group, Inc. via their website, and must be downloaded from QuestCDN to bid on the project, to be included on the Planholders' list, and to receive Addenda. The contractor is responsible for ensuring all addenda have been received and acknowledged prior to the submittal of the bid.
