CR#: 2130398 The Village of Endicott is soliciting sealed written qualifications from consultants for professional engineering services for investigation of the sewer sytem in the V. Endicott, T. Vestal and T. Union to identify sources of inflow and infiltration. The project is being partially funded by a New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation Engineering Planning Grant. The Village seeks the professional services of an engineering firm to identify sources of inflow and infiltration within the Meter Areas 3-1, 3-2, 7-2 and 6-2 sewersheds. In general, the engineering firm will evaluate the sewers for structural defects, active infiltration and signs of past infiltration by completing manhole inspections, CCTV inspection of the sewers, and smoke testing. The engineering firm will analyze the results, provide rehabilitation recommendations and cost estimates to reduce inflow and infiltration and repair defects. Contract Term: 18 months Expected Award Date March 19, 2026 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Requests for proposals for design services is underway.
