Sealed bids are requested for the furnishing of the project known as the 2026 MARSH PARK INTERIOR TRAILS PROJECT for the Public Works Department. Bids must be submitted via the Bid Express website using the provided electronic forms. Paper and fax copies, or electronic copies submitted outside of Bid Express, will not be accepted. Bidders must register with Bid Express to review and print project plans and must use an electronic signature or digital ID. A bid guaranty, Non-Collusion Affidavit, and Affidavit of Non-Delinquency of Personal Property Taxes are required. Proposals must include the full names of all interested parties, evidence of experience on projects of similar size and complexity, and a complete list of all subcontractors. Bid prices must remain firm for ninety days following bid opening. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to correct or waive irregularities as deemed in the city's best interest. The required documents to accompany each bid include a Bid Bond (Certified or Cashier's Check for 10% of the bid, or a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for 100%), and, upon contract award, a Performance Bond for 100% of the contract price. Engineers Estimate: $1,094,945. This project consists of a one hundred twenty (120) day contract covering project improvements for the City of Fairfield (Owner), Ohio and shall not necessarily be limited to the items and/or quantities set forth in this proposal.
