CITY OF FAIRFIELD, OHIO REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) Construction Manager-At-Risk (CMR) Services for Marsh Park Phase 1 Construction The estimated cost of construction for these "level 1 priorities" is $9M-$12M. This is a construction manager-at-risk services procurement for Marsh Park Phase 1 construction involving access driveway, parking lots, 6,000 sq ft commercial building with restrooms, fishing pier, boat launch, utilities, and landscaping. Requires experience with municipal park projects and commercial building construction, plus bonding capacity equal to 100% of contract sum. As of February 13, 2026, owner to select short-listed firms. RFP to be issued on February 16, 2026, for Short Listed firms, proposals due March 16, 2026. The City desires to have a construction contract in place by the end of year, 2026. The City expects to start construction before March 2027. Construction to be completed by June 1, 2028, with public grand-opening around that same date.
