Site work and paving for a road / highway in Fairfield, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Sealed bids are requested for the furnishing of the "2026 Ross & Woodridge Roundabout Project" for the Public Works Department. Bidders must submit their bid electronically via the Bid Express website using the forms provided. Paper, fax, or electronic copies submitted outside of Bid Express will not be accepted. A bid guaranty in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code and bid security furnished in bond form issued by a Surety Company licensed in Ohio are required. Both a completed Non-Collusion Affidavit and an Affidavit of Non-Delinquency of Personal Property Taxes are required. Contractors and subcontractors must use, to the extent practicable, Ohio products, materials, services, and labor, and comply with Equal Employment Opportunity requirements. Bidders must comply with prevailing wage rates as determined by the U.S. Department of Labor. Each proposal must include the full names of all interested parties, evidence of experience on projects of similar size and complexity, and a complete list of subcontractors to be used. Bid prices must be firm for ninety days after the bid opening date. The City of Fairfield reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to correct or waive irregularities as deemed in the best interest of the City.
