Description

Site work and new construction of a residential development in Lockport, Illinois. Working plans call for the construction of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.

Qualifications are invited from builders and developers for the development of city-owned residential lots. Submittals may be delivered digitally via email or as paper copies to the City of Lockport's Building Department. The City reserves the right to reject any and all submittals, parts of any and all submittals, or to waive technical errors or omissions in submittals.
