Summary: Nassau County Board of County Commissioners ("BOCC" and "County") is seeking Bids from qualified Bidders for structural construction work on the Evans Rendezvous building located at 5508 Gregg Street, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034. The project involves the structural stabilization of the historic Evans Rendezvous building, a single-story structure of approximately 6,000 gross square feet constructed in 1948. Phase One (1) focuses on improvements to the foundation, walls, and roof to secure the building against further deterioration and prepare for future enhancements. The services shall be performed on property owned by or under the jurisdiction of Nassau County in accordance with the solicitation specifications.
