The solicitation is for the supply of gravel, rock, and related supplies for Western Region State Parks. This procurement is restricted to small businesses, defined as those independently owned and operated with fewer than 100 full-time employees or less than $4 million in gross receipts in the last fiscal year. Non-small businesses may be considered only if no qualified quotations are submitted by small businesses. Bidders must submit sealed quotations using the State’s Procurement Portal (APP). Quotations received after the due date and time will not be considered. Bidders should download all attachments, complete and save the information, then upload the completed files as new attachments in APP. Information entered directly on the attachments within APP will not be saved. Bidders are strongly encouraged to read the entire Request for Quotation.
