The Contractor shall be responsible for the following: o Diesel Generator o Blue Star JD-200-01 or Equal Specify Brand/Model Bidding: ____________________ o Rating: 120/208V, 3 Phase, 60Hz o KW: 200kw o Deep Sea Controller with Remote Annunciator Panel o Emergency Stop Kit o Level 1 Weather Enclosure, powder-coated, 14-gauge steel, 200 MPH wind-rated o Critical Grade Exhaust Silencer o 96-hour (1,500-gallon) UL-142 Double Wall Sub-base Fuel Tank o 700 Amp, 3-Pole, 600V Main Circuit Breaker o Engine Block Heater: 2000W, 240V o 12V 10A Battery Charger o 2-Year / 2,000-Hour Limited Warranty o Generator Installation o Set and secure generator on the prepared concrete pad. o Install all required control cables, main power cables, and two dedicated circuits for the battery charger and block heater. o Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) o ASCO 300 Series or Equal Specify Brand/Model Bidding: ____________________ o Rating: 600A, 208V, 60Hz, 3 Phase o Controller: 300 Series with 11BE Exerciser Kit o Non-Service Rated, 3-Pole with Solid Neutral, Open Transition o NEMA 3R Enclosure with 44G Strip Heater o 2-Year Limited Warranty o ATS Installation o Mount and secure ATS on concrete pad. o Coordinate scheduled shutdown for final connection between ATS, building service, and transformer. o Terminate and label all power and control wiring per code and manufacturer standards. o Concrete Foundation o Generator Pad: Reinforced with rebar; 20 ft x 20 ft x 3 ft. o ATS Pad: Reinforced with rebar; 7 ft x 4 ft x 2 ft. o Concrete to meet applicable structural standards for equipment loading and vibration control. o Fencing o Install 6 ft chain-link security fence around generator and ATS area, including one lockable access gate. o Remote Annunciator Panel and Remote Emergency Stop o Install conduit from generator through concrete slab to building. o Mount and wire remote annunciator panel inside building. o Install remote emergency stop button in a breaker glass enclosure in an accessible and code-compliant location. o Fueling o Supply and fill fuel to 80% of tank capacity using #2 Off-Road Diesel with fuel stabilizer. o Load Testing o Perform 2-hour load bank test: 30 minutes at 50% load 1.5 hours at 80% load o Conduct 1-hour building load transfer test (to be coordinated with owner's representative). o Functional Testing o Verify all generator and ATS operations, alarms, safety interlocks, and control functions. o Confirm proper function of remote annunciator and emergency stop circuits. o Training and Demonstration o Conduct operational demonstration with the project coordinator and facility maintenance personnel. o Provide training on start-up, shut-down, fault response, and maintenance requirements.
