This request includes: a) Removal of current roofing materials on a 100'X 80' 8,000 sq ft. (currently has 2 roofs) b) Installation of 24-gauge snap lock roof system c) Installation of new 4" insulation d) Installation of ridge cap e) Installation of rake trim and gutter trim f) Installation of 50 ft gutter to match existing gutter g) Installation of 3 downspouts h) Installation of 150' roof to wall trim All bidders will be responsible for any necessary site preparation. The contractor will be responsible for hauling of all material. The winning bidder must have a State of Tennessee commercial license and will be responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and have all necessary inspections. All City of Portland levied permit fees will be waived by the City of Portland.
