The purpose is to establish a contract for supply and delivery of Aggregates to the State of New Hampshire, with product list and requirements indicated in the Scope of Work and Offer sections, in accordance with the requirements and any resulting contract. Instructions to bidders include: Read the entire bid invitation prior to filling it out. Complete the pricing information in the Offer section, complete the Vendor Contact Information section, and sign the bid transmittal letter. All bids must be submitted on the provided form (or exact copy), typed or clearly printed in ink, and received by the specified date and time. Submissions must be clearly marked with bid number, date due, and purchasing agent’s name. If experiencing difficulties emailing the bid or to verify receipt, bidders should call the provided phone number. Any questions or requested changes must be submitted in writing by an authorized individual, received by the deadline, and sent only to the Purchasing Agent or representative. Submissions must include bid number, vendor’s name and address, and the name of the person submitting the question. All offers must remain valid for 180 days from the bid due date. Vendors must not disclose or distribute bids other than to the Bureau of Purchase and Property. Any addenda or revisions will be posted online, and vendors are required to check for updates before and prior to RFB closing. The State reserves the right to use any information presented in a bid response, and all material received becomes State property and public information upon award. Bidders must accept all terms and conditions outlined in the bid invitation, and submission of a signed bid constitutes acceptance of these terms.
