The Purchasing Division will receive sealed Proposals for Landscaping and Mowing Services. The project falls under the Facilities / Grounds category. Bidders are instructed to submit proposals for the specified services to the Combined Operations & Maintenance Facility, 311 North State Street, Concord, New Hampshire 03301. Details about submittal, and contact information are provided. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or any part thereof, to waive any formality, informality, information or errors in the proposal, to accept the proposal considered to be in the best interest of the City, or to purchase on the open market if it is considered in the best interest of the City to do so. Failure to submit all information called for and/or submission of an unbalanced proposal are sufficient reasons to declare a proposal as non-responsive and subject to disqualification. Spring Cleanup Services: Unless otherwise specified, "spring cleanup" shall entail collection, removal, and lawful disposal of all trash and debris at the property, including, but not limited to, leaves, twigs, and branches. Spring cleanup shall be completed by May 1st annually. _ Fall Cleanup Services: Unless otherwise specified, "fall cleanup" shall entail collection, removal, and lawful disposal of all trash and debris at the property, including, but not limited to, leaves, twigs, and branches. Fall cleanup activities shall only be completed once per season. Contractor shall commence fall cleanup activities after November 1st and shall complete said activities for all locations by November 20th annually. _ Mowing Services: Unless otherwise noted in the scope of work, mowing shall be provided during the period of April 15 - November 15th annually. Frequency of mowing shall be scheduled as needed so as grass height is not less than 3" and no taller than 4". Sidewalks, curb lines, and parting lots shall be blown or swept of clippings after cut.
