Renovation of a multi-residential development in Concord, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

The project consists of the modernization of two hydraulic elevators at Crutchfield Apartments and two basement traction elevators at Kennedy Apartments in Concord, New Hampshire. Proposals must be accompanied by a bid guarantee of 5% of the proposal amount for bids greater than $100,000. The selected contractor will be required to furnish a 100% contract performance bond and a 100% contract payment bond for contracts greater than $100,000. Proposals are to be submitted on the forms provided, and Minority and Women's Business Enterprises are encouraged to participate. Bidders are expected to examine the specifications, drawings, all instructions, and if applicable, the construction site. All bids must be sealed and clearly marked with project identification and bidder information. The owner reserves the right to waive all formalities and reject any and all proposals or accept any proposal. Bidders must submit a completed form HUD-5369-A, 'Representations, Certifications, and Other Statements of Bidders,' as part of their bid. Bids must be signed and any changes initialed by the person signing the bid. Alternate bids and bids submitted by telegraph or facsimile are not considered unless expressly authorized. Bidders must comply with all instructions provided in the bid solicitation and associated documents, including specific requirements for bid bonds, performance assurances, and submission of relevant certifications and affidavits. Minority, Women's Business Enterprises, and Indian Preference requirements may apply as stipulated in the bid documents.
