Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Belleville, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

- Rework hot water supply and return piping to accommodate new boiler - Rework fresh air and exhaust piping to accommodate new boiler - Provide and install new condensate neutralization kit - Rework gas pipe to accommodate new boiler - Unhook, remove, haul away and dispose of existing boiler and materials - Coordinate with Trane to ensure control system is working to pre-replacement conditions Separate sealed bids will be received for Boiler Replacement Rebid at the Main Campus, Belleville, IL. Bids must be submitted electronically. Bids will be publicly opened and read. Bid documents are available electronically by contacting the Purchasing Office. There is no mandatory pre-bid meeting. A campus visit to view the boiler location is by appointment only. Contact the Purchasing Office at Purchasing@swic.edu to schedule.
