Separate sealed bids will be received for the Kitchenette at the Southwestern Illinois Justice and Workforce Development Center (SIJWDC) - Belleville, IL. There is a mandatory pre-bid meeting to view the SIJWDC Kitchenette at 2300 West Main Street - Old Main Hall, Suite 200, Belleville, IL. The College reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any irregularities in bidding, and to accept the bid that in their judgment best serves the interest of the college. Demolition Remove and properly dispose of the following : Existing wall cabinets Existing POTS lines and associated devices Patch , repair , and prepare adjacent surfaces to receive new work .Demolition Remove and properly dispose of the following : Existing wall cabinets Existing POTS lines and associated devices Patch , repair , and prepare adjacent surfaces to receive new work . Provide new plumbing rough -in and final connections for the kitchenette fixtures . Water Supply : - Sink ( hot and cold ) - Dishwasher (hot and cold ) - Refrigerator ( cold only ) Drainage: - Sink and dishwasher drains Connection to plumbing serving the lower - level men's restroom Provide shutoff valves , traps , fittings , and all code - compliant components. Test for leaks and proper operation . Electrical Provide electrical rough - in, wiring , and device installation including : - Ascent lighting installed under wall cabinets : Receptacles located inside wall cabinets to maintain a clean appearance - GFCI - protected countertop outlets per code - Dedicated outlets for refrigerator and dishwasher Coordinate circuits with existing panels and verify adequate capacity .
