Site work and paving for a road / highway in Belleville, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
For hauling and installing bituminous surface class asphalt on various roads during 2026. To All Prospective Bidders: 1) The approximate amount of HFE Case 150 road No. 2026PR64 oil is 12,000 gallons 2) The bid price is to be a per gallon price. Page 3 of 3 3) The distributor truck used must be equipped with automatic cabcontrolled spray bars, capable of spraying 24' roadways in a single pass. 4) The bidders shall carry Comprehensive General Liability, Comprehensive Auto Liability, and Workers Compensation Insurance at all times during the project and furnish the township with a Certificate of Insurance upon request. 5) Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. 6) This work is to be completed as scheduled by the Highway Commissioner. 7) Bidders are forewarned that on occasion materials may be required to be returned due to weather related conditions. No additional compensation will be allowed due to the return of said materials, nor for the time and equipment involved in the transport or storage. 8) There is no guarantee of minimum qualities that may be requested on a daily basis. No additional compensation will be allocated for these small quantity requests, nor will any compensation be given for demurrage or returned quantities. The rights are reserved by the highway Commissioner of Shiloh Valley Road District to Case No. 2026PR64 reject any and all proposals and to waive technicalities.
