Renovation of a parking garage in Belleville, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
The project consists of the replacement of the roof on a 3 Bay Garage located at 200 North Jackson Street for the City of Belleville. Sealed bids are to be clearly marked as "3 Bay Garage Roof Replacement, 200 North Jackson Street" and submitted to the City Clerk's Office. All bidders are required to attend a pre-bid meeting at the project location. The Belleville City Council reserves the right to waive any informalities and also reserves the right to reject any and all bids. 1. Contractor to supply dumpster 2. Remove all material down to decking 3. Replace/reinforce any damaged joist 4. Overlay Roof with 3/4 inch plywood 5. Install adhering vapor barrier to plywood deck 6. Install treated 2 x 4's to slope edges and edges of gutter 7. Fasten 1.5" poly ISO per manufacturer specs 8. Adhere 60 mil EPDM to surface 9. Flash all roof penetrations and walls per manufacturer specifications 10. Install new down spouts/gutters 11. Provide 20-year warranty 12. Remove all debris/clean up job site 13. Remove dumpster 14. Contractor to sign a Project Labor Agreement 15. Mandatory pre bid meeting on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at 10:00 am at the City of Belleville Garage, 200 North Jacson Street, Belleville, IL 62220
