Furnishing and applying HFE 150 road oil on various roads during 2026 1) The minimum amount of bituminous surface class asphalt is 450 tons. 2) The bid price is to be a per ton unit price. 3) The bidder is responsible for the purchasing of the material, all trucking costs, paving cost, and all traffic control needed. 4) There may be projects on several roads, so some movement of equipment is required. 5) A self-propelled paver is required with the capability of paving a minimum width of (4) feet and a maximum width of (12) feet. 6) Self-propelled rollers are required with the capability of obtaining minimum required compaction in accordance with I.D.O.T. standards. 7) The bidders shall carry Comprehensive General Liability, Comprehensive Auto Liability, and Workers Compensation Insurance at all times during the project and furnish the township with a Certificate of Insurance upon request. 8) Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. All areas to be primed prior to paving unless deemed unnecessary on day of paving by Highway Commissioner. The rights are reserved by the highway Commissioner of Shiloh Valley Road District to reject any and all proposals and to waive technicalities.
