The City is seeking to partner with up to two (2) experienced and qualified firms to provide 1- Construction Management and 2- Inspection Services to aid in managing the construction of the 2026 Pavement Program projects. The City plans to bid up to six (6) pavement program projects during the 2026 calendar year. Projects are still being finalized, but will include the following projects to start: o Broadway Street Resurfacing Includes three roadway segments along Broadway with ADA curb ramp and Sidewalk Improvements: - Chestnut St to Maple St-Spring St - Winslow St to Arguello St - Brewster Ave to Hopkins Ave o 2026 Citywide Street Resurfacing Program Various street segments totaling up to 20 centerline miles for roadway treatments such as Cape Seal treatments, Dig Out Repairs, Grind & Overlay, Slurry Seal, Microsurfacing, ADA curb ramp, and Sidewalk and Curb & Gutter improvements. This project will be broken up on several smaller project representing the up to total six (6) pavement projects. The City reserves the right to reject any or all responses received through this solicitation, extend the submission due date for, modify, amend, reissue, or rewrite this document, and to procure any or all services by other means. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Requests for proposals for design services is underway. As part of the 2026 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) the City is planning up to $12M-$14M in pavement projects. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
