Renovation of a water / sewer project in Pass Christian, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The proposed project includes materials and labor to remove the existing timber decking from Pier C-2 and replacing it with fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) decking including all stainless-steel hardware. Existng utilities on the pier must remain in service and supported during the performance of the work. A certified check or bank draft payable to the order of City of Pass Christian, Mississippi, negotiable U.S. Government bonds (at par value), or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety licensed under the laws of the State of Mississippi, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid for "WEST SMALL CRAFT HARBOR, PIER C-2 IMPROVEMENTS, TIDELANDS TRUST FUND FY2025" shall be submitted with each bid. Bids may be held by the City of Pass Christian, Mississippi, for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days from the date of the opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of Bidders, prior to awarding of the Contract. The City also reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bid date description: All bids must be addressed to the City of Pass Christian marked "SEALED BID TO BE OPENED AT 6:00 P.M., 4th DAY, MARCH, 2025", and specify the name of the bid item.
