Description

Site work for a mixed-use development in Centreville, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a detention facility; and water / sewer project.

The work includes the installation of a new Dual Auger Screening System, installation of site gravity sanitary sewers improvements, installation of electrical connection, and installation of site improvements and restoration. For requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bidding Documents. Bidders must register to obtain complete documents and ensure their bid is responsive. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or accept the lowest responsive and responsible proposal. Proposals may be withdrawn prior to the scheduled opening time but not after, for at least ninety days. Project Pre-Bid Meeting held on Tuesday, January 21, 2026
