Sealed bids are invited for the 2026 Pulverization Projects for the furnishing of materials, services, equipment, work, and/or supplies in accordance with specified terms, conditions, and specifications. Bids must be delivered in person or by mail, in a sealed envelope marked with the vendor's name and address and highlighting '2026 Pulverization Projects.' Express mailed bids must also be marked 'Bid Documents Enclosed.' Facsimile or email bids will not be accepted. The total price quoted must be the total cost delivered to the required locations, with all goods shipped F.O.B. Unauthorized shipments may be rejected and returned at the contractor's expense. Bidders must submit bids on the provided form, prepared legibly in ink or typewriter, and initial any erasures or alterations. Submission of a bid signifies complete understanding and agreement to the terms and requirements. Alternate proposals, bids, or quotes may be accepted, and the contract may be awarded in whole or part to other than the lowest bidder. The Road Commission reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any and all bids, terminate the contract with notice for poor performance or other reasons, and re-award, re-propose, or re-bid as deemed in its best interest. All applicable Federal and State laws and regulations apply, and safety data sheets must be provided when applicable. Complete descriptive literature is encouraged for all proposed items, and alternate bids require documentation proving equality or superiority to specified items. All required licenses and permits must be obtained by the contractor at no cost to the Road Commission. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
