Contractor shall be responsible to provide and install a total of four Electric vehicle chargers on the North wall of the Gannett Building located in Johnson City NY including services to support as listed herein. Battery-NY will build on existing strengths within New York State while advancing the development and enabling the scale-up and advanced manufacturing of batteries for various sectors including transportation, military, and energy, and will establish a robust manufacturing infrastructure that will advance the region by supporting multiple industries and their supply chains. A first-in-class facility in the United States, Battery-NY will offer companies the latest technologies for the design and manufacture of batteries at up to 30 MWh scale spanning TRL 4-6 (batch sizes typically 1000 cells per campaign), that can be accessed without capital investment. These include a full range of flexible and modular equipment for anode and cathode electrode manufacturing; assembly of pouch, cylindrical and prismatic cells; and associated cell formation and cycling. Located in appropriate clean and dry rooms, the manufacturing equipment will be complimented by a suite of metrology, quality control and forensics equipment, complete with hardware Interfaces and software systems (MES, ERP), providing full traceability and automatic data capture with secure storage for analysis and sharing. Contractor shall provide all general services as listed on attached sheet G-1. Contractor shall provide and install approximately 31.56 sq yards of new sidewalk in area highlighted on attachment G-1. New sidewalk shall be 4" thick and be 3,000 PSI in strength. New sidewalk shall have 0.25" /12" pitch away from building to allow for proper water drainage. Contractor shall remove any/all soils, and organic material from new sidewalk area. All soils and removed materials shall be kept on site and spread in location shown by project manager.
