This is a Public Rebid for specific contracts, with revisions made to the previously bid project: some scope has been removed, additional alternates are now delineated, and the construction schedule has been altered. The available contract for rebid is: CONTRACT No. 4: Plumbing Demolition and Construction - Rebid. Work is to be performed in accordance with the Drawings, Project Specifications, and other Bidding and Contract Documents provided by the listed design and engineering firms. Prospective bidders must obtain bid documents from the designated web portal, www.nyplanroom.com. Ordering from this portal is required for eligibility to bid.
