Sealed proposals are requested for a Capital Improvements Project at the Johnson City Central School District Campus, to be constructed in phases - Phase 2, Phase 2A, and Phase 2B. This is a public rebid of previously bid contracts, now revised with removed scope, additional alternates, and an altered construction schedule. The contract for public bid and rebid includes HVAC Demolition and Construction in accordance with the Drawings, Project Specifications, and other Bidding and Contract Documents. The general outline of work is only a summary and does not constitute a complete description of the work to be performed under each contract. All plans and specifications must be obtained from the designated web portal and viewed at the specified locations. All prospective bidders must obtain bid documents from the designated web portal, placing them on the plan holders' list and making them eligible to bid. Official notifications, addenda, and other bidding documents are provided only through this portal, and bidders using other sources will not qualify. Bid documents are available for electronic download for a nonrefundable fee, or in printed format for a refundable fee if returned in good condition. No partial sets or sections will be distributed. The Owner requires compliance with all specified bidding requirements and New York State requirements, reserves the right to waive informalities, and may reject any or all bids.
