Sealed proposals in duplicate are sought for a Capital Improvements Project at the Johnson City Central School District Campus, to be constructed in phases—Phase 2, Phase 2A, and Phase 2B. This is a public rebid of the contracts, with revisions including scope removal, additional alternates, and an altered construction schedule. The contract for rebid is CONTRACT No. 1: Site Demolition and Construction, as per the project drawings and specifications. The outlined information is a general scope of the work and not a complete description; detailed plans and specifications are available from the designated web portal. Prospective bidders must obtain bid documents from www.nyplanroom.com. Purchasing documents from this portal registers the bidder on the plan holders’ list and grants eligibility to bid. All official notifications, addenda, and relevant bidding documents are provided exclusively through this portal. Documents acquired from other sources do not qualify for bidding. Bid documents are available for download for a nonrefundable fee, or in print for a refundable fee if returned in good condition within the required timeframe. No partial sets will be distributed. Bids must comply with specified bidding requirements, and the Owner reserves rights regarding informality waivers and bid rejection. No bids may be withdrawn for forty-five days after the opening unless a valid error claim is made in accordance with instructions.
