This is a public rebid of revised contracts with scope removed, additional alternates delineated, and the construction schedule altered. The contract for public bid and rebid includes Roof Demolition and Construction - Rebid, in accordance with the project drawings, specifications, and other bidding and contract documents prepared by the project's listed consultants. Prospective bidders must obtain a set of bid documents from the designated web portal, www.nyplanroom.com. Ordering documents from this portal automatically places the bidder on the plan holders' list, making them eligible to bid. All official notifications, addenda, and other bidding documents will be offered only through this portal. Bid documents can be downloaded electronically for a nonrefundable fee or ordered in print for a refundable fee, subject to conditions specified for refunds. No partial sets or sections of contract documents will be distributed. The Owner requires compliance with all bidding requirements specified in the Instructions to Bidders and required by New York State. The Owner may waive informalities in bids/proposals at its discretion but reserves the right to reject any and all bids/proposals.
