Site work for a mixed-use development in Wrangell, Alaska. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; and fire / police facility.
The work generally includes mobilization; selective demolition; relocation and installation of above-ground, fuel-oil storage tanks; installation of fuel-oil day tanks, pumps, piping, controls, and electrical systems; construction of concrete housekeeping pads; fencing and protective bollards; excavation, backfill, and surface restoration; system testing and commissioning; and other improvements as identified in the project documents. Sealed bids will be received at the specified location or email address until the indicated deadline. Clearly identify the name of the Sealed Bid Project on the envelope or in the email subject line. Contract Documents are available electronically and require registration with the Borough Clerk for plan holder listing and to ensure receipt of addenda. Failure to register may affect the proposal. It is the Offeror’s responsibility to ensure receipt of all addenda. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informality, or make award as it best serves the OWNER's interests.
