The project is expected to be awarded on February,10,2026.** The work generally includes mobilization; selective demolition; relocation and installation of above-ground, fuel-oil storage tanks; installation of fuel-oil day tanks, pumps, piping, controls, and electrical systems; construction of concrete housekeeping pads; fencing and protective bollards; excavation, backfill, and surface restoration; system testing and commissioning; and other improvements as identified in the project documents. WORK consists of all activities necessary to construct the Wrangell High School and Public Safety Building Fuel Tank Replacement Project as shown on the Contract Documents. The WORK generally includes various quantities of mobilization; selective demolition; relocation and installation of aboveground fuel-oil storage tanks; installation of fuel-oil day tanks, pumps, piping, controls, and electrical systems; construction of concrete housekeeping pads; fencing and protective bollards; excavation, backfill, and surface restoration; system testing and commissioning; and other improvements as identified in the project documents. B. Portions of the WORK will occur at an active school facility. The CONTRACTOR shall comply with all applicable school security requirements, including restrictions on access, work hours, personnel conduct, and background check requirements for CONTRACTOR and subcontractor personnel. Compliance with these requirements is a condition of the WORK and shall be coordinated with the OWNER and School District. All costs associated with meeting school security and personnel requirements shall be considered incidental to the WORK and included in the Contract Price. C. Owner provided materials includes one 1,500 gallon fuel tank, to be relocated for use at the Public Safety Building, as identified in the drawings.
