Renovation of a mixed-use development in Wrangell, Alaska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; swimming pool; educational facility; and educational facility.
The work consists of alterations to the three school facilities of the Wrangell School District (Wrangell High School, Stikine Middle School, and Evergreen Elementary School) and associated site work. The scope is entirely repair, replacement, or renovation with no new build area or site elements included. The project includes the replacement of the swimming pool roofs, both flat and sloped roofs. Bidders must submit sealed bids to the City and Borough of Wrangell by the specified deadline. Contract documents are available electronically and must be downloaded after registering with the Borough Clerk to be placed on the Plan Holders List, ensuring receipt of all addenda. It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure all addenda are received. Question Deadline 06/03/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to the ENGINEER. Questions received less than 7 Days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
