The Southeast Alaska Power Agency is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide material, equipment, machinery, tools, labor, transportation, and other means to clear, trim, and cut 70.92 acres of trees and brush that can grow to a height that would compromise the agency's transmission line located on the Cleveland Peninsula in the Bradfield Canal near Wrangell in Central Southeast Alaska. Access to the transmission line is by helicopter. The respondent’s bid must include the necessary labor and other associated costs and services to develop the following scope and deliverables: clear, trim, and cut trees and brush under the transmission line and along the right-of-way that can grow to a height that would compromise the transmission line.
