The Alaska Housing Finance Corporation is seeking bids for the removal and replacement of four existing indirect hot water heater in Etolin Heights. Complete project description is on the Summary of Work. Question Deadline 12/31/2025 at 4:00 PM AKT EMAIL: submittals@ahfc.us Contract starts upon issuance of Notice to Proceed and project must be completed on or before June 15, 2026 with final invoicing on June 20, 2026. Estimated Amount of Proposed Contract:$25,000 to $100,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Minority and women-owned businesses are encouraged to submit proposals. The Corporation expressly reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotes, waive minor informalities, negotiate changes and to not award the proposed contract, if in its best interest. "Minor Informalities" means matters of form rather than substance which are evident from the submittal, or are insignificant matters that have a negligible effect on price, quantity, quality, delivery, or contractual conditions and can be waived or corrected without prejudice to other Offerors.
