**As of November 13, 2025, this project bid date and time was extended till November 19, 2025.** Project Description: Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) is seeking a Contractor to provide a bid for the removal and replacement of the sewer lines as described herein. Anticipated Period of Performance - Begin thru End: Project must be completed no later than June 15th, 2026 with final billing by June 15, 2026. A bid bond will be required in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid price. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond each in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract price.
