Site work and new construction of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Rulo, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the construction of a elderly care / assisted living facility; and for site work for a elderly care / assisted living facility.
The project includes concrete, masonry, structural steel, glue lams, rough and finish carpentry, mechanical and electrical systems, utilities, site work and landscaping. The building will aim to be residential in character. The selected firm will act as the single provider of Construction Management at services for this project. b. The total project budget totals approximately $20 million. A brief pre-construction phase will occur during the Winter and Spring of 2026. Construction phase will commence Fall 2026. c. Contract terms will be based on AIA Document A133-2019, agreement between Owner and Construction Manager, with supplemental conditions. d. The CM will be responsible for providing a monthly progress update to The Tribe. The Tribe reserves the right to approve any and all sub-contractors.
