The work will include removal and replacement of approximately 17,000 SY of asphalt pavement, 8,200 CY of crushed aggregate base course, 8,500 CY of common excavation/grading, 60,000 SF of concrete sidewalk/driveway, 10,000 LF of curb and gutter, 4,800 LF of sanitary sewer, 4,900 LF of watermain, 2,000 LF of storm sewer, landscape restoration, clearing and grubbing (large diameter), traffic control, and erosion control.
