This multi-phase project consists of renovations, repurposing, and expansion of the former 65,000 sq ft Estuarine Habitats and Coastal Fisheries Center into a new Pre-K through 12th Grade Learning Lab School proposed for the University of Louisiana Lafayette - South Campus in Lafayette. This project will also include selective destructive testing and any required hazardous materials remediation of the existing structure(s) in order to facilitate proposed renovations.
