Reference Number 0000409497 Bid Intent Not Available Weld County is soliciting Letters of Interest (LOIs) from companies or joint venture teams interested in providing Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) services for the WCR 66 and WCR 54 Improvements Project. Weld County has determined that the delivery method that can best be leveraged to maximize the benefit of this project is CM/GC. This delivery method affords Weld County the opportunity to gain a contractor's input while partnering with a consultant design firm in the development of the project. The project includes improvements to two roadway corridors: WCR 66 and WCR 54. The WCR 66 Corridor extends 4 miles from US 85 to WCR 47. The project will expand this corridor from a two-lane to a four-lane roadway. The WCR 54 corridor extends 4 miles from WCR 13 to State Highway 257. The project will expand this corridor from a two-lane to an interim two-lane road with center continuous turn lane.
