The Nantucket Islands Land Bank ("Land Bank"), the awarding authority, through its Commission, invites qualified bidders to submit bids to provide labor, equipment, and necessary supervision required to safely and efficiently improve and finish the surface according to engineered plans of the northern parking lot of Cisco Beach for public safety and ease of maintenance, create proper drainage and swales for water management on site, and re-install posts to delineate the external edge of the parking area and internal parking rows. All interested parties must register their contact information on the webpage prior to downloading the bid package and in order to ensure receipt of any changes or addenda to the IFB. INQUIRIES/QUESTIONS DEADLINE Tuesday, January 27, 2026 Currently the Land Bank owns 3,500+-acres of land, most of which is protected open space, including many popular waterfront properties. We also own the island's only two public golf courses-Miacomet Golf Course which is an 18-hole facility, and the historic ' Sconset Golf Course, a 9-hole facility. In addition, we hold several agricultural leases and licenses which are aimed at preserving and expanding local agriculture and contribute to the availability of fresh produce throughout the local food system.
